Red Sanganer Print With Kutchi Stitch

Vegetable dyeing is a very ancient art in India where colors are extracted from vegetable products like indigo etc. The black vegetable dyes are used to print large circular patterns all over the salwar with a zig zag pattern. This dress comes in a light brown color with vegetable dyeing forming abstract patterns on the kameez. This art is followed all over in Rajasthan and looks very elegant. There is also Kutchi thread work running through the dress.

It is accompanied by a peach color salwar and a vegetable dyed and printed dupatta also.
